SJB Classic Cars specialise in classic and vintage car servicing, repairs, maintenance, restoration and storage
The business was founded just over two years ago by long-time friends Simon Ball and Jane Blackwell. With a shared passion for 'all things cars' allied to their enthusiasm for delivering great service and high-quality restoration meant that they just had to set up a company like SJB Classic Cars.
Simon has more than 30 years’ experience in the motor industry, including time working in the demanding environment of rally and track race teams, as number one mechanic. A highly regarded engineer who holds Master technician status for Jaguar, Rolls Royce and Bentley. He has worked for a number of prestigious establishments over the years developing and broadening his expertise which now extends to marques including: Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes, Aston Martin.
In October 2018 Dean Harvey joined us from a renowned classic car restoration company in South Cerney, Gloucestershire. His passion for classic Italian cars was fuelled from tender age of 13 after attending a classic car rally. This passion has developed into expertise as he has gained numerous qualifications including Master Technician status and he now provides SJB with complimentary expertise on: Alfa Romeo, Lancia and Ferrari.
